US Backs Surigao EcoFish Project Jan 18th 2013, 08:52 DAPA, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte - Aiming to regulate and improve the ecosystem for sustainable fisheries, the Philippine government and the government of the United States of America are joining hands to launch the Ecosystems Improved for Sustainable Fisheries or EcoFish project this year in Surigao del Norte.
