Butuan Pursues 1st Mass Claim Jan 18th 2013, 08:50 BUTUAN CITY (PNA) - Butuan City will pursue its claim that Barangay Masao here is the actual site of the first Roman Catholic Mass in the country as the Philippines is about to commemorate the 500th year of Philippine Christianization, local historians said on Thursday.
