Cebu Celebrates Sinulog Festival Today Jan 19th 2013, 11:06 CEBU, Philippines - All roads lead to Cebu City today as a crowd of at least 4,000,000 revelers are expected to join in the street parade and other activities in the city in celebration of the Grand Sinulog Festival, touted the mother of all festivals in the country in honor of the feast of the Sto. Niño, or Holy Child Jesus.
