THE PNP pulled out most of its personnel from the Cebu Capitol grounds yesterday, eight days after Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia decided to defy President Benigno Aquino III's six-month suspension order.Garcia has been staying in the governor's office at the Capitol since the evening of Dec. 19, the day the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) served the order for her suspension.Garcia said someone must have advised the police that the presence of hundreds of police personnel at the Capitol grounds was giving the Philippines bad publicity. ...
