Conversion Plebiscite Dec 18th 2012, 10:46 CABANATUAN CITY, Nueva Ecija -The city government here has filed yesterday a motion before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to request the poll body to conduct a plebiscite on January 4, next year to ratify an executive order converting the city into a highly-urbanized city.
