Agoda hosts over 357,000 hotels worldwide and you will have access to these in the palm of your hand, including over 1 million hotel reviews a year so you will have an informed decision on where to stay.
With the Agoda mobile app, you can directly book for a hotel of your choice right from your mobile device. Or if you're unfamiliar with the area, you can use the app's GPS to look at hotels near where you are and instantly see room availabilities and rates. Really convenient if plans didn't go your way during your trip.
Speaking of rates, Agoda also offers insiders deals for its app users to get huge discounts on rooms. This is different from the usual discount they put on room rates.
Once you find your hotel of choice, you can book and pay for it right through the app even without being a registered user. You can pay via a bunch of popular credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc. or even via PayPal. You can't, however, book through the app and pay for your room once you get to the hotel. Once paid, you will get a confirmation booking on your e-mail and you're all set.
The Agoda mobile app is free and available for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. I tried it out for a future booking and I got really good rates even for a peak weekend.
