Atimonan smashup propels need for law vs road signs vandals Oct 21st 2013, 21:34 As police partly blamed the theft of traffic signs as one factor that led to the death of 20 people in smashup in Atimonan, Quezon province last Saturday, a neophyte lawmaker urged his colleagues to support a bill that would impose stiffer penalties for stealing or vandalizing traffic signs, railings, and other road safety installations.Batangas Representative Raneo E.
