Pagibig Fund site, hotline down; Binay apologizes Oct 30th 2013, 16:14 Members of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG) may not be able to get in touch with the agency remotely as its website and hotline are down, Vice President Jejomar Binay said Wednesday afternoon. Binay, who chairs the agency, said this was due to an "outage" of the Philippine Long Distance and Telephone Co. (PLDT). "Dear @Pagibigfund members, please be advised that our website, http://www.Pagibigfund.gov.ph, is currently down due to PLDT outage," he said on his Twitter account. He added the Pag-IBIG Fund hotline, 724-4244, is also down for now.
