Filipinos can expect the cool breeze associated with the Christmas season soon as the transition from the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) has begun, state weather forecasters said Friday.PAGASA forecaster Samuel Duran said the Philippines may start experiencing the cool winds until at least the first half of November, once the northwest monsoon has settled in."Transition period na tayo ...
