Typhon Quedan on track to exit PAR this weekend Oct 4th 2013, 03:46 Typhoon Quedan slightly changed course before noon Friday but remains on track to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this weekend, state weather forecasters said.PAGASA forecaster Aldczar Aurelio said their models show Quedan is still not likely to make landfall or directly affect any part of the country."Hindi siya nakakaapekto sa ating bansa... Hindi ito tatama sa anumang bahagi ng bansa," Aurelio said in an interview on dzBB radio.Aurelio also said their models indicate Quedan is still likely to leave the PAR either Saturday night or Sunday morning. ...
