PHL gets investment grade rating from Moody's Oct 3rd 2013, 04:10 Moody's Investors Service on Thursday upgraded Philippine sovereign credit rating to investment grade with positive outlook, citing a robust economic performance in the face of an ongoing fiscal and debt consolidation as well as political stability and improved governance.
