PAGASA: More heavy rain over NCR, nearby provinces Sep 23rd 2013, 00:22 State weather forecasters on Monday warned of more heavy rain over Metro Manila and nearby provinces Monday.At 5:45 a.m., PAGASA issued an orange rainfall advisory, warning of "heavy to at times intense rainfall" over Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, Bataan and parts of Laguna, Quezon, Cavite, and Occidental Mindoro.Meanwhile, PAGASA forecaster Manny Mendoza reported of an approaching tropical storm, internationally codenamed Pabuk, which may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) as early as Wednesday."Pag pumasok ito sa PAR, papangalanin nating Paolo. ...
