SEC gives Robinson Retail's P42-B IPO the green light Sep 1st 2013, 16:05 The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved Robinson Retail Holdings' P42-billion initial public offering (IPO).Based on the prospectus it filed with the commission, the holding firm will sell up to 461.897 million shares with an overallotment option of 22.852 million shares at an offer price of up to P86.64 per share.The offer shares account for 35 percent of Robinson Retail's outstanding shares and will be listed under the first board of the Philippine Stock Exchange. ...
