Malacañang on Wednesday assured Zamboanga City residents of enough resources to rehabilitate the city following fierce clashes there between government troops and Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) rebels that forced thousands to flee their homes."I am certain that we have enough resources," presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda said at a press briefing. "We've seen the damage caused to the people in Zamboanga City and (the) national government is prepared to help."Lacierda, however, could not give details on the extent of the damage on the city. ...
