BIR Chief Examiner Shot Dead Mar 5th 2013, 10:36 URDANETA CITY, Pangasinan - The chief examiner of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in Urdaneta City was gunned down by suspected hired killers riding in tandem on a motorcycle right in front of his house on Monday night, police said yesterday.
