ENVIRONMENT AWARDS Mar 5th 2013, 10:32 BAGO CITY, Negros Occ. (PIA) - Bago City gave out environment awards to various barangays and schools here as part of the city's 47th Charter Day celebration recently. Mayor Ramon D. Torres, Vice Mayor Nicholas M. Yulo and Sangguniang Bayan members awarded "Kasimanwa namon sa Bago, himuon naton ang Kalimpio" (KABAHIN) Inter-school and Barangay Contest winners. The KABAHIN Program was formulated to keep in check and evaluate interventions of barangays and schools on Solid Waste Management and environmental conservation, protection and city regeneration. ...
