Biometrics System For Pantawid Launched Mar 1st 2013, 11:45 COTABATO CITY (PNA) - As part of the government's safety nets in the implementation of anti-poverty flagship program, the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), and the Department of Social Welfare and Development in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (DSWD-ARMM) have launched the first ever Biometrics Payout of Pantawid beneficiaries in Upi town in Maguindanao.
