State Of Calamity Declared In La Union Over Oil Spill Mar 1st 2013, 11:20 SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union - The provincial board here has declared La Union under a state of calamity over the damage wrought on its coastline by the oil spill from "M/V Harita Bauxiote" which capsized last February 16 off Bolinao, Pangasinan.
