FREE SURGERY Mar 6th 2013, 11:12 DAVAO CITY (PNA) - Some 174 patients availed of the free surgery for harelip (cleft palate), meningocele, and cysts offered by the Davao-based Maharlika Charity Foundation in several municipalities of North Cotabato. Dr. Benedict Valdez, head of mission of the foundation, said they served 100 patients with harelip and meningocele, and 74 with cysts. Valdez said poor families who have children with harelip, and those suffering from meningocele and cysts could avail of free surgery from the foundation. ...
