Kabankalan Selected KALAHI-CIDSS Pilot Area Feb 24th 2013, 10:05 BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occ. - Believing that poor families are not only found in rural areas, the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Region 6 (DSWD-6) has identified two barangay in urban Kabankalan City as pilot areas for the Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan- Comprehensive Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI CIDSS) project.
