'Salvage' Victim Feb 10th 2013, 08:46 CAMP GARCIA, Cavite - Another victim of ''salvaging,'' a police term for summary execution, was found on the Trece Martires-Amadeo Road in Barangay Conchu, Trece Martires City around 7 a.m. last Saturday. It was the third body discovered in the province in 10 days.
