'Crising' Suspends Cebu Classes, Travel Feb 20th 2013, 09:33 CEBU CITY, Cebu - Strong winds and incessant rains triggered by tropical depression "Crising" forced local government officials to declare the suspension of classes in all levels yesterday in three cities and various towns in Cebu.
