We all have horror stories of how Metro Manila's huge traffic jams ruined our day even before they had even a chance to begin. A lot of appointments, meetings and dates have been canceled due to the horrible traffic in the Philippines' capital region, where a snail's pace would be a god-send, especially during rush hour.
