PAGADIAN CITY (PIA) - The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in cooperation with the province of Zamboanga del Sur, brought world-class dancers who performed at the Megayon Stage, Dao, this city, during the recently held Philippine Visual Arts Festival (PVAF).
