Retired Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Oscar Cruz says he understands why the Pope has decided to step down as head of the Catholic Church at the end of the month. The last time he saw the Supreme Pontiff was when Benedict, already frail, presided over Mass in St. Peter's Basilica in December. "Sa totoo lang po, on second thought, nahihirapan po lumakad e," Cruz said in an interview on GMA News TV's News to Go on Tuesday.
