Vessel Runs Aground In Cebu Feb 23rd 2013, 10:46 TALISAY CITY, Cebu - Passenger vessel, M/V Trans Asia 9, with 364 passengers, including four children, ran aground at the Lawis Ledge in Talisay City on its way to Cebu City Saturday morning due to miscalculations by the skipper on board.
