Comelec probes admin Senate bet for alleged illegal campaigning Feb 19th 2013, 16:07 (Updated 1:13 a.m., 20 February 2013) A senatorial candidate is now being investigated by the Commission on Elections for alleged illegal campaigning and may face disqualification for holding an online contest and offering an iPad as prize. Comelec chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr. on Tuesday refused to name the candidate but said that the candidate is female and part of the administration's Team PNoy.
