SC Unseats Jalosjos As Mayor Feb 28th 2013, 07:47 The Supreme Court (SC) has unseated Svetlana P. Jalosjos as mayor of Baliangao, Misamis Occidental for her failure "to establish by clear and positive proof" that she had been a resident of the municipality one year before the May 10, 2010 election.
