DSWD to file charges against relief-goods looters Feb 26th 2013, 14:12 The Department of Social Welfare and Development will file charges against protesting Typhoon-Pablo victims who looted relief goods from the DSWD's local office in Davao City. "Kakasuhan namin 'yung mga pumasok at nagnakaw ng mga bigas, mga sardinas at mga noodles kasi baka dapat maunawaan ng lider nila na hindi naman natin pwedeng gawin ito," said DSWD Secretary Corazon "Dinky" Soliman Tuesday in a chance interview during a book launch.
