Agusan River Waters Seen Receding Jan 11th 2013, 08:10 BUTUAN CITY (PNA) - The waters of the Agusan River have receded from a high 3.2 meters as of 11:55 p.m. Thursday to 2.9 meters as of 8 a.m. Friday, a city official said.
