CEBU CITY - Employees of the Cebu Provincial Government should expect a delay in their salary for the first half of January as Acting Cebu Governor Agnes Magpale yesterday said the province does not have enough fund and they will have to wait for the arrival of the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA).
