CCPO Forms Special Sinulog Unit Jan 12th 2013, 11:23 CEBU CITY - The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) has been placed on heightened alert in line with the activities leading to the Feast of the Sto. Niño de Cebu, and the Sinulog Festival on January 20, and has formed a special reaction unit to answer distress calls during the festivities.
