Enthusiastic Start For FAB Summit Jan 9th 2013, 10:14 BULUAN, Maguindanao - The country's second regional summit on the Framework Agreement on Bangsamoro (FAB) here started Tuesday with a caravan of organizers and delegates aboard more than 1,000 vehicles parading along the Maguindanao road network in a passionate drive for massive support to the current peace process in Southern Philippines.
