SP OKs Septage Management Plan Jan 5th 2013, 11:10 SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan - Mayor Reynaldo S. San Pedro recently signed Ordinance No. 2012-48-11 passed by the Sangguniang Panglungsod which seeks the establishment of establishing a comprehensive septage management program for the city.
