Palace says series of resignations 'not unusual' Jan 15th 2013, 08:20 Malacañang on Tuesday dismissed the consecutive resignations of ranking officials in at least three government agencies as "coincidental," hinting that it should not be taken as a sign of dissatisfaction with the current administration.
