ISSUE SETTLED Jan 25th 2013, 09:29 ILOILO CITY, Iloilo - The misunderstanding on the issuance of media IDs for the 2013 Dinagyang Festival has been settled. Iloilo Provincial Administrator Raul Banias stepped in to settle the dispute between Iloilo Provincial Capitol and the Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation Inc. (IDFI). Banias clarified that IDs issued by IDFI's Publicity and Media Relations Group will be honored at Stage 2, the performance area adjacent to the old Provincial Capitol. ...
