The abolition of the Presidential Commission on Good Government may best be left to the 16th Congress in the second half of 2013, Sen. Joker Arroyo said Sunday. Arroyo, who was Executive Secretary when the PCGG was established by the late President Corazon Aquino, said this would give the PCGG time to wind down its operations.
