Smoke Belchers Jan 14th 2013, 08:30 CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - The Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Central Luzon (DENR-3) has vowed to intensify its campaign to minimize air pollution by promoting the use of clean fuel and energy efficient products as it warned 'smoke-belchers' to strictly comply with environment laws.
