DAVAO CITY - The first day of the full implementation of the motorcycle helmet law on Monday netted more than a hundred violators here as authorities continue to call on motorists to secure helmets duly prescribed by law. Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region-11 Operations Chief Eleonor Calderon, in a radio interview here, said majority of those apprehended used helmets without the ICC stickers, while the others simply did not wear helmets.
