COTABATO, Philippines --- The dilapidated sections of the decades-old road linking the two Lanao provinces have been finally set for concreting under a P23.2-million project contract approved recently by Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) caretaker-Governor Mujiv Hataman in what he described as part of the national government's reform in the region.
