New Year revelry brings suffering to unsuspecting kids Jan 1st 2013, 11:34 A seven-year-old girl in Caloocan City just wanted to see some fireworks on New Year's eve. Instead, she ended up with a bullet in her head. Dr. Emmanuel Bueno, medical specialist III at the East Avenue Medical Center in Quezon City, said the child was just playing outside her home in Caloocan City on New Year's eve when she was suddenly hit by a stray bullet in the head. "Yung bata ay naglalaro sa labas. Nanonood daw ng fireworks at after that hindi rin naman nakita ng magulang yung nangyari. Nakita na lang nila na mayroon nang sugat," Bueno said on Tuesday. ...
