SENIOR'S WELFARE Jan 3rd 2013, 08:16 GENERAL SANTOS CITY (PIA) - The senior population of a municipality need not to worry now as to where to turn to when in need of medical attention. At least 3,000 senior citizens in Malungon, Sarangani, have already received their PhilHealth cards just before 2012 ended, a local health official said.
