IBA, Zambales - The province of Zambales welcomed the new year by ending the last three days of 2012 with a festival that featured fun games, sports competitions, concerts, and fireworks display, adventure treks, a "boodle fight" for 15,000, as well as a pageant for "large-sized" beauties.
