Parts of Mindanao —some of which are still recovering from recent cyclones— may experience flash floods and landslides in the next 24 hours due to a nearby low pressure area (LPA), even as another potential cyclone has just been spotted near the Eastern boundary of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
