Finance: BSP shutters Cavite-based rural bank Jan 25th 2013, 14:39 THE MONETARY BOARD of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has placed Capitol City Bank, Inc, (A Rural Bank) under receivership -- the first bank closed for the year, the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. (PDIC) said on Friday.
