AVoid Helmet Deadline Rush - DTI-7 Dec 19th 2012, 10:05 CEBU CITY, Cebu - With the Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009 otherwise known as Republic Act No. 10054, taking into full effect next year, an official of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) 7 is urging motorists here to already have their helmets validated now and not be caught up with the deadline rush.
