Columbia Airs Optimism In Talks Dec 25th 2012, 11:01 BOGOTA (PNA/Xinhua) - President Juan Manuel Santos Monday voiced confidence that Colombia's 50 years of armed conflicts could stop next year, and said he was ''cautiously optimistic'' about ongoing peace talks.
