Region 7 Exceeds 'Greening' Target Dec 21st 2012, 09:32 MANDAUE CITY, Cebu - In an effort to bring back the lost forest cover, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) 7 has exceeded its target in the National Greening Program (NGP) by three percent based on the consolidated report from the Forest Management Services (FMS).
