The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will automate the 2013 elections for the overseas absentee voters (AOV) in seven key posts, most of them in the Middle East. In an exclusive interview with GMA News Online, Commissioner Lucenito Tagle, chairman of the Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting, identified the posts as Hong Kong, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, and the sovereign Arab state Kuwait.
