ZAMBOANGA CITY - The Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) has deployed more plain clothes policemen in the commercial district of this city to ensure the safety of shoppers who continue to increase in numbers buying gifts, new clothes and groceries for the New Year celebration at the local malls here.
